Redo confirms eligibility per product at checkout, so if something is not eligible for your specific plan you will know before you pay.

For most supplement categories, yes. Redo handles this for you at checkout by connecting you with a licensed provider who reviews your purchase and issues a Letter of Medical Necessity when appropriate. No separate visit and no reimbursement forms.

Use your HSA or FSA card just like a regular debit card at checkout. Redo runs the eligibility check in the background and generates the documentation your plan needs. You will receive a receipt with the Letter of Medical Necessity attached for your records.

A decline usually means the product is not eligible under your plan, your account balance is insufficient, or your card issuer requires additional documentation. You can complete the order with a regular debit or credit card and submit the receipt and Letter of Medical Necessity to your plan for reimbursement.

Yes. Recurring subscription charges run through Redo the same way one-time purchases do. If your card or plan year changes, update your payment method in your account before the next charge.

Some Bluegrass products, like our general daily multivitamins and performance-focused formulas, are not typically covered under HSA or FSA guidelines. If you have a diagnosis that might make one of them eligible, reach out to our team and we will look into it with Redo on your behalf.
