Taking Move Easy at bedtime allows the formula to work overnight, supporting natural elimination in the morning. Magnesium citrate typically takes six to eight hours to work, making a bedtime dose the most practical and comfortable timing for most people.

Triphala is one of the most well-known and extensively used formulas in Ayurvedic medicine, made from three astringent fruits — amla, harada, and behada. It has been used for centuries to support digestion, assimilation, and elimination, and modern clinical research has confirmed its benefits for GI health, appetite support, and overall digestive function. It adds a comprehensive, full-spectrum digestive layer to this formula that magnesium citrate alone wouldn't provide.
