How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account and select Manage Subscription to access your Customer Portal. From there you can view all active subscriptions, make changes to your order, and review your order history.

How do I pause my subscription?

In your Customer Portal, select the subscription you want to pause, click Edit, and choose Pause Subscription. Select the product you want to pause and confirm. Your subscription will stop until you choose to resume it.

How do I skip my next order?

In your Customer Portal, access the subscription you want to modify and select Edit Order, then choose Skip Order. Skipping an order means you won't be charged or receive a shipment for that cycle — your subscription will resume with the following scheduled delivery.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In your Customer Portal, select the subscription you want to cancel, click Edit, and choose Cancel Subscription. Confirm by selecting Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops all future charges and deliveries. If you change your mind, you can always re-subscribe through the portal.

How do I update my shipping address?

In your Customer Portal, select the edit icon next to your shipping address, enter your new address information, and select Apply to confirm.

How do I update my payment method?

In your Customer Portal, select the edit icon next to Payment Methods. Choose the card you want to use for recurring payments, or select Update Selected Method to replace or add new card details. You'll receive an email with instructions to complete the update.

Can I place an order before my next scheduled delivery?

Yes. In your Customer Portal, select Edit Order on your active subscription and choose Immediate Order Placement to receive your order without waiting for your next scheduled delivery date.
