When will I receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During sales events or holidays, please allow 7–10 business days for order processing.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer support team at online@theBPWshop.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Bluegrass Supplements / Bluegrass Precision Wellness is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

Why is my order delayed?

Delays may occur for several reasons:

  • The carrier may be experiencing shipping delays outside of our control.
  • An incomplete or invalid address may delay order processing. Please respond promptly to any email requesting address verification.
  • Increased order volume during promotions or holidays.

We do not have access to additional carrier information beyond what is shown in your tracking link.

My order is being returned to sender. What happens next?

Orders may be returned to sender (RTS) due to insufficient address information or carrier issues.

Once the package is received back at our facility, our team will contact you to confirm a corrected shipping address and arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Tracking shows delivered, but I did not receive my package.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • Allow 1–2 additional business days in case of premature delivery scanning
  • Check around your property (porch, garage, alternate entrances)
  • Check with neighbors or building management

Bluegrass Supplements / Bluegrass Precision Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier for lost or stolen packages.

For questions regarding delivery location or carrier errors, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Our team has access only to the same tracking information visible to you.

Returns

Unopened Products

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request, so return shipping is free for you. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
